Advanced Cleaning & Restoration, now operating as a division of Prime Remediation, is a disaster restoration company serving Sutton, Massachusetts and the broader Central Massachusetts region. Founded in 1992 by Steven and Lisa Vaillancourt, the company began as an independent presence in the Central Massachusetts disaster restoration industry, initially operating out of the founders' home in Douglas, MA. As the business grew, expanded workforce and storage requirements led to a move into a 5,000 square-foot office and warehouse facility in 2005. Over more than three decades, Advanced Cleaning & Restoration has built strong working relationships with insurance adjusters and insurance agencies throughout the region. The company regularly collaborates with adjusters and property owners to develop comprehensive scopes of work, assessing damage to both structures and their contents. This cooperative approach, combined with a longstanding commitment to exceptional service from project start to completion, has fueled the company's continued growth. Advanced Cleaning & Restoration maintains a network of trusted subcontractor partnerships to support the full range of restoration project needs.
