Nothing is priced per referral, per lead, or per closed transaction, and no payment is tied to the volume or value of any settlement service. This structure is designed to fit within RESPA Section 8(c)(2), which permits bona fide payment for goods and services actually furnished.
Do you pay partners for sending clients to a specialist?
No. We do not pay anyone for referrals, and partners do not pay us per referral. Partners pay a flat subscription regardless of how many of their clients ever visit HomeAllClear or contact a listed specialist.
Can a settlement-service provider buy preferred placement?
Co-marketing placement is sold as a fixed-fee service and is the same flat price regardless of any transaction outcome. We do not condition placement, ranking, or visibility on the referral of settlement-service business.
Why is this structured as a subscription?
A flat subscription keeps the relationship transparent and compliant: you pay a known amount for defined co-marketing deliverables, independent of whether any consumer is referred. We deliberately avoid any success-based or volume-based pricing.
