1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using homeallclear.com (the “Service”), operated by HomeAllClear (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
HomeAllClear is an informational directory that helps users locate certified home-safety specialists (including radon, mold, asbestos and lead, well water, and foundation professionals) and provides educational content via a non-diagnostic Triage & Match Advisor. We are a listing and matching platform. We are not a contractor, inspector, laboratory, or licensed professional, and we do not perform safety work of any kind.
3. Informational Use Only; No Professional Advice
Content on the Service, including AI-generated responses, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, environmental, or structural safety advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed professional. Always consult a certified expert before acting on any health or safety concern.
4. Third-Party Providers — No Warranty
Listings refer to independent third-party providers. We make commercially reasonable efforts to cross-reference credentials against public registries, but we do not employ, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any provider. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the qualifications, licensing, availability, conduct, pricing, workmanship, or results of any provider. Any agreement you enter with a provider is solely between you and that provider, and you are responsible for verifying their credentials, insurance, and suitability before engaging them.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract listing data except via any official API we offer.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in listing claims or leads.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
6. Provider Listings and Claims
Providers may claim and update their listings. By claiming a listing you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to verify, modify, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeAllClear and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the conduct or work of any third-party provider, or your reliance on any content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeAllClear from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any provider.
10. DMCA / Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version is dated and numbered above. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HomeAllClear is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel.]
